I’m Thomas — founder of Build & Grow.

I’ve always loved building brands, creating content, and bringing ideas to life. What started with custom merchandise evolved into helping companies and creators grow through merch, content, and social media — all handled in one place.

I’m hands-on with everything we do and passionate about execution. Whether it’s producing a merch drop, filming content, or helping a brand show up better online, I care deeply about making things look right, feel right, and actually work.
Build & Grow came from years of being obsessed with building brands.

Before starting this company, I worked with different brands and apparel startups while constantly trying to build my own ideas on the side. I was always drawn to merchandise, e-commerce, content, and the creative side of growing a brand — figuring out what made people actually pay attention, connect, and buy in.

Over time, I started building my own brands from the ground up. I learned how to create products people genuinely wanted, how to build communities around them, and how to grow organically through content and social media. Eventually, those brands grew into six-figure businesses and generated over 150M+ organic views across platforms.

That process taught me way more than just how to make merch or post content. It taught me how important execution really is — showing up consistently, creating things that feel authentic, and building brands people actually care about.

Once I figured out the formula, I wanted to package everything I had learned and offer it to other companies and creators.

That became Build & Grow.
