I’m Thomas—founder of Build & Grow.
I’ve always been drawn to building brands and creating products people are proud to wear. Over the years, I built and scaled my own merchandise brands, learning firsthand what it takes to design, produce, sell, and fulfill products at scale.
What started as a passion for apparel turned into Build & Grow — a merchandise company built to make the entire process simple. From custom apparel and corporate merchandise to full print-on-demand stores and fulfillment, we handle everything behind the scenes so our clients can focus on growing their brand.
Build & Grow came from a lifelong obsession with creating custom apparel.
At 13 years old, I started selling custom t-shirts. I saw people offering them on Facebook and thought, "Why can't I do that too?" I didn't have any equipment, inventory, or money. When someone placed an order, I'd have my parents drive me to a local vendor to produce it, and sell it to my friends for a $5 markup.
That was the beginning.
From there, I worked with different brands and apparel startups while constantly building ideas of my own on the side. I was always drawn to merchandise, e-commerce, and the creative side of growing a brand — figuring out what makes people pay attention, connect with a message, and ultimately become customers.
Over time, I built my own brands from the ground up. Through years of testing, learning, and refining, I discovered how to create products people genuinely wanted, build communities around them, and grow businesses organically. Those brands eventually grew into six-figure businesses and gave me firsthand experience in everything from product development and merchandising to fulfillment and customer experience.
As those brands grew, I realized the same principles applied beyond e-commerce. Whether it's a creator launching a merch drop, a company outfitting its team, or an organization looking to strengthen its brand through apparel, great merchandise has the power to bring people together and create a lasting impression.
That's when Build & Grow evolved.
Today, we help businesses, creators, and organizations bring their merchandise to life through custom apparel, print-on-demand programs, online stores, and fulfillment. By bringing everything under one roof, we make merchandise simple — from the first idea to the final shipment.
